Unforgettable Europe trip
I just returned from a Northern Europe Cruise and it was absolutely fantastic! The itinerary was perfectly planned, and every port was a new adventure. The culinary options, especially at Pinnacle Grill, were out of this world. I even tried a Port-to-Table Cooking Demonstration, which was so much fun! I'm already telling all my friends they need to experience this. I will definitely be cruising with Holland America again!
Smooth sailing, mostly
Booked an Australia and New Zealand Cruise a few months back. The online booking process was straightforward, though I had a quick question about stateroom selection and the customer support rep was helpful. Delivery of travel documents was prompt. The ship itself was comfortable, and my Specialty Dining reservation at Tamarind was a highlight; the food was incredible. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, which was a minor inconvenience, but overall, the experience was positive and everything else went really smoothly from embarkation to disembarkation. I'd consider them again for a longer voyage.
